Hello beautiful people, how is your weekend going? I hope its fine? Ok! Tonight, I will be giving out my marble cake recipe for your weekend’s delight. Hope you all will try it out and get back to me because I can’t wait to see your results.

Flour  ----  500mg
Butter ---- 500mg
Sugar ---- 100mg
Egg    ---- 10 big eggs or 11 small eggs (already beaten)
Baking powder ----1 tsp (Teaspoon)
Vanilla (liquid) Flavour and banana flavour  ---- 4 tsp each
Food colouring ---- I used Rose pink and green colours as you can see in the picture

Switch on the oven before you start mixing your butter, not too high to avoid overheating thereby burning your cake.

In a clean bowl, mix your sugar and butter together until it’s smooth and fluffy, add vanilla flavour and banana flavour or any flavour of your choice then continue mixing with your mixer or wooden spoon. If you don't have a mixer, keep checking as you mix but definitely its colour will change and become whiter. Gradually add your eggs which have been already beaten for about 30minuites on high speed using your mixer. Continue mixing but remember not to over mix.

Then gradually add your flour (already sieved) and gradually add it to the butter and keep mixing to avoid lumps but remember do not over mix. Now after that, get your already clean bowls about 3 of them, divide the batter into different bowls and add your preferred colour to each of them, then gradually pour each butter into your already lined or buttered cake pan and ready to bake.

Bake for 45 minutes for small cakes and about an hour for big cakes.

Below are the pictures of the marble cake I baked. I hope you’d like it?

Stay blessed.
